We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Landmark Dividend. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in our Financial Planning and Analysis department, working closely with other members of the Finance team and partnering with other departments to analyze our existing operations and evaluate new strategic opportunities for the company and its investment vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct financial planning and analysis related to ongoing operations and strategic opportunities for Landmark and its investment vehicles.
- Develop presentation materials for board meetings, capital raises, and transactions.
- Contribute to treasury activities, including capital allocation, debt originations, and compliance.
- Support various day-to-day corporate and private funds administration responsibilities.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc investor reporting deliverables.
- A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or related fields of study.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Previous finance internships or full-time experience (preferred).
- Diverse extracurricular and/or civic activity involvement (preferred).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Advanced skills in Excel (complex lookups, Pivot Table, IRR, etc.), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Exceptional business writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines and clearly communicate progress.
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
