We are seeking a seasoned Finance Operations Manager with a strong background in public accounting and advisory roles. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in auditing inventory-focused clients, looking to transition into a finance and operations capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory audits and counts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate operational finance processes and collaborate across various departments.
- Assist in the integration of newly acquired entities, developing and implementing financial systems and processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with external CPA firms for inventory audits and physical counts.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage valuations of assets and maintain updates in relevant systems.
- Lead efforts in inventory management and reporting enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Big 4 audit, with additional advisory experience preferred.
- Proven experience in auditing inventory-based clients.
- CPA certification or nearing completion is required.
