Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Management Controls Specialist to join our integrated project controls team, supporting our client in managing complex projects within a large-scale data center construction program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop straightforward yet precise construction schedules (fewer than 50 activities).
  • Lead meetings with key stakeholders and ensure action items are completed.
  • Guarantee compliance with stage-gate deliverables related to schedules and milestones.
  • Maintain and update live project schedules proactively.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Assist in preparing monthly cash flow reports and conducting variance analysis.
  • Work with team members to establish baselines as necessary.
  • Coordinate and organize multiple data sources to deliver comprehensive project/program status reports.
Qualifications:
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and execute implementation plans. Exposure to program and project management is preferred, along with proficiency in managing client data.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort in a client-facing role are essential for success in this position.
  • Background in construction, scheduling, project management, or a related field is required.
Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time position is $75K-$160K annually. This range reflects base salary only and is determined by role and level, representing a good faith effort to provide equitable compensation. Please note that Turner & Townsend reserves the right to adjust compensation based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
