Role Overview:
In this position, you will oversee a dedicated team of system technicians and designers, ensuring the smooth operation of branch systems. You will delegate projects to senior specialists and allocate the necessary resources to facilitate their success. Additionally, you will provide essential site coordination support for complex projects, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Your commitment to safety will be paramount, as you will enforce adherence to safety protocols among both staff and subcontractors.



Key Responsibilities:
As a leader, you will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and managing the performance of your team. You will set clear performance expectations and conduct evaluations to foster career growth.

Your role will also involve training system technicians and designers, acting as a facilitator for technical training initiatives within the branch. You will ensure that all tasks are completed accurately, on schedule, and within budgetary constraints.

Maintaining a high standard of safety is crucial, and you will coordinate resources effectively to guarantee timely and cost-efficient project completion.

Moreover, you will be tasked with recruiting skilled system designers and technicians to meet the branch's operational needs.


In addition, you will review contract terms and assist senior specialists with site coordination for more complex projects, including attending site meetings, managing subcontractors, and resolving conflicts.

Assessing the scope of work and the implications of client directives will also be part of your responsibilities, as well as identifying opportunities for additional work through change orders.

What We Seek:


A minimum of a technical associate's degree coupled with six years of relevant field experience, or eight years of equivalent experience in the HVAC sector is required.

Proven hands-on experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC control systems is essential. You should possess the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

Previous supervisory experience is necessary, along with strong coaching and interpersonal skills.

A solid understanding of control theory and HVAC systems is required, along with knowledge of project accounting and contracting principles.
