KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Clinical Solutions Specialist plays a crucial role in providing technical, clinical, educational, and sales support to facilitate the successful adoption and expansion of Abbott's leadless technology.

This position collaborates closely with both internal and external stakeholders to promote therapy adoption and ensure procedural success.

Core Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to educate healthcare professionals on product indications, maximizing the adoption of the leadless CRM portfolio.

- Offer clinical expertise to both existing and prospective customers.

- Influence procedural outcomes through effective presentations, data analysis, and comprehensive product knowledge.


- Deliver technical support aligned with usage instructions and best practices to ensure procedural consistency and optimal clinical results.

- Support site performance and promote safe growth while assisting in educational and training activities for physicians and support staff. Stay informed about and communicate clinical data related to leadless CRM products.

- Serve as a therapy expert on products, hospital electronic systems, device implantation, patient indications, selection, reimbursement, and programming.


- Educate healthcare providers on patient selection criteria for therapy.
- Provide technical support and service, including consultations during staff training and physician seminars.


- Coordinate and implement programs and resources to facilitate market expansion and therapy accessibility.

- Gather market intelligence to refine therapy training and expansion strategies.


- Oversee local educational and training initiatives, including setting up procedure simulators and facilitating simulated procedures.

- Maintain comprehensive clinical and technical knowledge of products and stay updated on relevant literature and industry trends.

- Collaborate with marketing for technology enhancements and future needs. Complete assigned administrative reporting.

- Exercise sound judgment in planning and organizing work, monitoring performance, and reporting progress.

- Employ best business practices to ensure success and cost-effectiveness in responsibilities.

- Ensure compliance with Abbott policies and practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical medical devices, preferably with CRM products
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex technological devices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Comfort in navigating medical environments, including labs and hospitals
- Proven ability to lead and influence customers confidently
- Proficient in preparing and delivering effective written and verbal communications.
- Familiarity with medical device industry policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in commonly used software applications, such as Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes.

Preferred:
- Professional training or certification in relevant fields.
- Previous sales experience or demonstrated business acumen.
