This role involves collaborating with physicians to deliver comprehensive care to patients experiencing a range of health issues. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for administering medications, tracking patient progress, and providing education to both patients and their families as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Outstanding Patient Care: Uphold nursing standards while addressing all medical needs of patients. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans as required. Engage in effective communication with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Perform Administrative Duties: Participate in medical conferences and educational sessions for continuous professional development. Evaluate patient care plans and identify opportunities for enhancement to ensure the highest quality of care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid nursing license in the respective state.
- A minimum of six months of recent clinical experience.
- Ability to remain on feet or seated for extended periods.
- Capability to frequently push, pull, reach, and bend.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
