We are seeking a highly skilled Product Training Specialist - Clinical Solutions to join our team at Core Sound Imaging, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our cutting-edge software as a service (SaaS) image storage and reporting solution (cloud PACS) and provide training and education to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our Implementation Specialists to conduct initial customer assessments and develop customized implementation and training plans.
- Deliver remote coaching to customers using our remote software tools.
- Assist customers in determining the most suitable product configuration options to meet their needs.
- Provide supplemental application training as needed.
- Support clients' implementation activities and schedules.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our implementation and training processes.
- Provide feedback to our product team to inform product enhancements.
- Participate in future product development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain employee training programs, including role-specific training, product training, HIPAA/HITECH training, and QMS training.
- Equivalent to completion of 4 years of college-level coursework in a related field and relevant experience.
- Strong Clinical Information Systems knowledge, including ultrasound, angiography, x-ray, and other imaging experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface and influence at multiple organization levels.
- Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office products.
- Experience developing and implementing training programs.
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
