Network Systems Engineer

Location: Cleveland, OH

Position Overview:

The Network Systems Engineer will play a pivotal role in enhancing our technological framework to facilitate organizational expansion. Key duties include overseeing O365, fine-tuning server efficiency, and safeguarding our systems. This role also involves collaboration with various teams, providing technical support, and leading training initiatives, leveraging your meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of O365, which includes implementation, configuration, account management, and upholding security protocols.
  • Oversee, upgrade, and apply patches to servers to maintain peak performance.
  • Improve both virtual and physical server infrastructures.
  • Monitor server activities to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance server security.
  • Collaborate across all levels of the organization to address tier two and three support issues.
  • Conduct training sessions to equip staff with knowledge on tier two and three administration, focusing on both hardware and software components of PCs.
  • Manage software updates and patches while evaluating new PC systems and related equipment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in server administration.
  • Proficient in diagnosing technical challenges and offering solutions.
  • Skilled in error detection and prevention methodologies.
  • Able to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Experienced in managing sensitive information.
  • Exemplary coordination skills and a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to work onsite at the corporate headquarters.
