Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Inspector to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Construction Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of infrastructure projects, including highway and roadway construction, bridge and structures inspection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
  • Verify the quality of construction materials and workmanship
  • Identify and report any defects or issues that may impact project quality or safety
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements
  • 18 or more months of construction project inspection experience
  • ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician- Grade I certification
  • ACI Aggregate Testing Technician - Level I OR Ohio Aggregate Level I certification
  • ODOT prequalified Project and or Structure Inspector certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • NICET Level II in Highway Construction Inspection Certification
  • Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management Degree or similar technical degrees
  • Familiarity with ODOT inspection procedures and ability to prepare reports using Excel, ODOT Mobile Inspector, GoFormz, and Sitemanger, AWP or other project management software

Compensation

In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
