Overview:
Blackhornvc is an innovative E-commerce enterprise in search of a skilled and proactive Logistics Operations Coordinator to enhance our team. This role will be responsible for managing operational processes to ensure optimal resource utilization. Achieving production and customer service objectives will be accomplished through effective planning, coordination, continuous improvement, and oversight of labor resources.


The Logistics Operations Coordinator will be pivotal in supervising our repair and quality assurance team, facilitating communication between our domestic and international partners, and ensuring excellence in operations.

This position necessitates a bilingual professional fluent in Chinese and English, possessing strong organizational capabilities, familiarity with data analytics, and a foundational understanding of warehouse management standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows.

The Logistics Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and must be adaptable to accommodate meetings with our international team during after-hours at least 2-3 times a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Manage the repair and quality assurance team to uphold high standards of product quality and timely service
Formulate and execute quality assurance procedures and repair guidelines
Design and implement strategies to optimize workflows, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Oversee and assess the performance of the quality management team, providing guidance and support to meet operational targets

Effective Communication:
Act as the primary contact between domestic operations and international manufacturing partners
Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure alignment and seamless operations
Conduct regular meetings with the international team, including after-hours discussions at least 2-3 times a week

Reporting and Coordination:
Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and provide consistent updates on operational status
Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of operational activities
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on operational performance and areas for enhancement

Quality Assurance and Repairs:
Ensure all products adhere to strict quality standards prior to reaching customers
Oversee the process for managing repairs and returns, ensuring prompt resolution
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to elevate product quality and minimize defects

Data Analytics:
Utilize appropriate data analytics tools to assist, maintain, update, and optimize operational dashboards
Employ data analysis tools and applications to monitor and evaluate operational metrics
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for enhancement through data analysis
Generate actionable insights to streamline operations and enhance efficiency

Warehouse Management:
Maintain knowledge of warehouse management SOPs and workflows
Ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment
Collaborate with warehouse personnel to streamline processes and boost productivity

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, ERP, and WMS systems
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, quality assurance, or a similar role
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Strong understanding of data analysis tools and applications (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
Basic knowledge of warehouse management principles, SOPs, and workflows
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to participate in after-hours meetings with the international team 2-3 times a week

Working Conditions:
Regular office hours with some flexibility for operational demands

Job Type:

Compensation:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
