We operate more than 30 outpatient behavioral health facilities throughout our communities in Kern County, Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Diego County.

Clarvida is in search of a creative and purpose-driven individual to join our team as a Full-Time Lead Personal Service Coordinator. This role will involve assisting the Clinical Supervisor in managing the team of Personal Service Coordinators for our Project RENEW Program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the supervision of PSC and Case Management personnel.
  • Manage a limited therapy client caseload.
  • Deliver direct case management services.
  • Oversee team productivity and quality.
  • Train new PSC staff members.
  • Identify challenges and propose constructive solutions.
  • Lead in addressing crisis situations.
  • Maintain a monthly productivity requirement of 30 hours.
  • Ensure exceptional customer care, including reliability in scheduled hours.
  • Recognize and build upon the strengths of clients, colleagues, and the communities we serve.
  • Facilitate clients' progress towards Recovery and Wellness.
  • Foster an organizational culture that values and celebrates diversity.
  • Embrace continuous learning to enhance service delivery and establish leadership in the field.
  • Research and apply industry best practices while evaluating our services to achieve optimal outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's Degree from an accredited institution and one year of relevant experience.
  • Must be registered with the BBS (Board of Behavioral Sciences) as an ASW (Associate Clinical Social Worker), AMFT (Associate Marriage and Family Therapist), or APCC (Associate Professional Clinical Counselor).
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
