Job Description:

Serves as a key member of an assigned business unit by providing comprehensive HR consultation and support services to business operations.

Maximizes the effectiveness of leaders and contributes to the achievement of strategic objectives by providing expert HR guidance and support.

Assists HR leadership with projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.

The Human Resources Business Partner is skilled at employee relations, including coaching, labor law application, and conducting investigations to resolve conflicts and improve workplace dynamics.

Acts as a change leader to support the organization in organizational initiatives, driving innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders to drive organizational success.
  • Assists with HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Develops and implements HR programs and policies to promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Conducts investigations and provides recommendations to resolve employee relations issues.
  • Collaborates with HR leadership to drive organizational change and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years of strategic HR experience, or 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree.
