Job Title: Travel Sales Representative
Company Overview: Grand Circle Corporation is the leader in international travel, adventure and discovery for Americans aged 50+.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing new group leaders, and renewing existing business with current customers.
About the Role: This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for achieving or exceeding your sales plan and goals, maintaining a sales pipeline, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed territory sales plan and goals – complete ownership of results
- Maintain a sales pipeline consisting of new affinity and group leader business, as well as driving renewal with current customer base
- Travel 2-3 times a quarter to meet face-to-face with affinity organization decision makers
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts in weekly 1x1 pipeline review meeting
- Assist group leaders in motivating and recruiting travelers to join them in their group travel
- Work with group service associate to provide excellent customer service prior to departure
- Collaborate with team members to drive best practices and provide support as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of inside and outside sales experience (B2B sales preferred)
- Experience with affinity organizations
- Demonstrated ability to attain goals while taking full accountability for sales results
- Strong sales skills and proven sales success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to thrive in change and to be receptive to coaching and feedback
- Ability to provide an excellent customer experience to our group leaders
- Strong professional ethics and impeccable personal integrity
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary and bonus structure based on performance, ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
