Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage multiple tax projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.
  • Conduct thorough tax research, strategy development, and compliance activities for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Review tax returns and perform projections for quarterly and year-end income tax.
  • Mentor and guide team members, providing constructive feedback and conducting annual performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver expert solutions to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay informed about changes in tax policy and legislation.
  • Contribute to business development by attracting new clients and cross-selling services to existing ones.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree in Taxation is a plus.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation; prior managerial experience is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills in tax preparation and accounting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and budgets effectively.
  • Exceptional client service skills with a talent for developing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in various tax software and technological tools.
