- Oversee all in-restaurant documentation and processes, including payroll, inventory management, and employee records.

Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a restaurant setting or equivalent experience.

- Competencies: Basic math and computer skills, along with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Food Safety Certification: Must possess or obtain a Serve Safe Certificate upon hire.
- Physical Requirements: The role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly.
- Work Schedule: Full-time position with varied shifts, including opening and closing hours.
