  • Facilitate the introduction of new products and operational procedures within the restaurant.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and cleanliness regulations.
  • Manage financial controls to achieve sales and profit objectives.
  • Oversee all in-restaurant documentation and processes, including payroll, inventory management, and employee records.
  • Guide the management team in recruitment, hiring, and employee relations to foster a positive work environment.
  • Promote a culture of respect and diversity within the workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a restaurant setting or equivalent experience.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; college education is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
  • Competencies: Basic math and computer skills, along with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Driving Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Food Safety Certification: Must possess or obtain a Serve Safe Certificate upon hire.
  • Physical Requirements: The role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time position with varied shifts, including opening and closing hours.
