Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our patient care team as a leader in providing safe, effective, and compassionate care to our patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing the nursing process, leading quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with other departments to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the patient care team in implementing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, medicine, and administration, to achieve seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices, new technologies, and evidence-based care.
- Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Conduct patient and family education on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community health organizations and providers to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
- Current California Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop evidence-based solutions to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
- BSN degree or higher.
- Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Certification in a clinical specialty, such as critical care or pediatrics.
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives and data analysis.
