Compliance Specialist II

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist II to join our team at Randstad Life Sciences. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for investigating manufacturing deviations, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate manufacturing deviations and identify root causes through root cause analysis (RCA)
- Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future deviations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of deviations
- Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with applicable EHS and GMP regulations, guidelines, policies, and industry practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Microbiology, Biology/Virology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Pharmacy) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience investigating manufacturing deviations in a QA, compliance, or manufacturing role in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient in root cause analysis methodologies and deviation writing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
