Compliance Caller Opportunity

The Remedy Corporation is seeking a Compliance Caller to join our Quality Assurance team. As a Compliance Caller, you will conduct mystery shopper calls to assess the performance of customer service departments. Your feedback will be presented to clients in the form of a detailed report, enabling them to make necessary improvements. Your opinion plays a crucial role in helping companies enhance their customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Complete a 30-minute training program to familiarize yourself with the process.
2. Successfully complete a test call to demonstrate your understanding of the requirements.
3. Call companies provided on assigned lists, evaluating the level of customer service provided by representatives.
4. Document detailed information about your overall experience, including any notable interactions.
5. Submit a review form before the deadline, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:
1. Ability to adhere to deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
2. Strong listening skills, accuracy, and efficiency in completing tasks.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Active phone line, mobile device, and valid email address.
5. Must be a USA resident with a valid ID.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space.
