Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Business Development role within a Recruitment Agency environment
- Commissioned environment (ideally 100% commission)
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- 100% remote work arrangement
