Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Business Development role within a Recruitment Agency environment
  • Commissioned environment (ideally 100% commission)
  • Self-directed and able to work independently
  • 100% remote work arrangement
