Job Title: Business Development Representative

At LexisNexis Legal & Professional, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and pipeline development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and pipeline development goals.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 years of lead generation or inside sales experience.
  • Experience with heavy cold calling volume (50-100 outbound/day).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
