About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Account Executive to join our Sales team at NICE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in our target sectors, including Telco, Utilities, Logistics, Healthcare, and Insurance.

Your primary focus will be on finding, developing, and closing new business opportunities, working closely with our Customer Success and Development teams to exceed client expectations and grow annual recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors, leveraging your expertise and relationships to drive growth and expansion.
  • Lead the consultative sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to design and implement process improvements that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds quarterly and annual targets, with a focus on building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform your sales approach and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in driving business growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience working with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and other relevant technologies.
