Position Title: Customer Support Representative - Construction Services

Job Overview:

The Customer Support Representative serves as the initial point of contact for clients reaching out to Durante Rentals. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, willing to assist, and eager to develop their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage rental inquiries, quotes, and agreements efficiently.
  • Handle all incoming customer communications via phone and in-person.
  • Assess client requirements and collaborate with the team to address and fulfill requests with exceptional service.
  • Enhance revenue opportunities by guiding clients on the selection, usage, and upkeep of various construction equipment.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure prompt delivery of equipment to job sites.
  • Support the sales team by providing insights on potential business opportunities.
  • Develop expertise in the equipment rental sector.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a role that requires teamwork and operational collaboration.
  • Familiarity with construction equipment or rental operations is advantageous.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
