Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage listing materials for both internal and external platforms.
  • Regularly update and maintain online property information.
  • Coordinate and track Open House schedules.
  • Update offers and contract details in real-time.
  • Ensure proper organization of all documents and images.
  • Monitor daily reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Create and maintain various reports, documents, and presentations to provide administrative support.
  • Assist in organizing events for brokers and prospective tenants.
  • Help develop call agendas and document meeting notes.
  • Order supplies and prepare marketing materials for distribution to agents.
  • Support the New Development VPs with requests and client relations.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Sheets and Slides.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly organized with a focus on task completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly demeanor with a commitment to outstanding service.
  • Able to adapt to new systems in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented administrative skills.
Preferred Experience:
  • Basic understanding of residential sales.
  • Familiarity with property management tools.
Employment Type: Full-time, 5 days a week with at least one weekend day.
Compensation: $50,000.
