About the Role

This position is a key part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. As a Store Associate, you will be the first point of contact for all in-shop visitors, handling a variety of tasks including:

  • Welcoming and assisting guests with bike rentals and tours
  • Coordinating with guests for a streamlined check-in process
  • Upselling services and promoting our products
  • Handling bike maintenance and setup
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise

You will work closely with our Front Desk Team to ensure that our guests receive a high-quality experience, from the moment they enter our store to the end of their visit. If you are a people person, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you

About the Front Desk Team

The ideal candidate will have a positive, outgoing personality and be able to work well under pressure. You should be able to:

  • Deal with day-to-day customers and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Upsell services and promote our products
  • Provide accurate information and answer questions
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a seamless experience for our guests

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Open to learning and adapting to new situations
  • Able to stay positive and energetic while working on their feet in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in customer service, operations, or a similar field
  • Proficient in English (oral and written), with multilingual skills a plus
  • Strong in communication and people skills
  • Able to prioritize and multitask, initiating tasks and performing duties without direction
