Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Baskin Robbins. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders, and Team Members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead team meetings and provide guidance to Team Members on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, and certify Team Members and Shift Lead staff.
  • Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed consistently across the restaurant.
  • Create and maintain a customer-focused culture in the restaurant, driving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
  • Communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to Team Members.
  • Execute new product rollouts, including training, marketing, and sampling, as applicable.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
  • Control costs to maximize profitability and support the Restaurant Manager in completing weekly labor schedules.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in assigning staff and deployment, as well as completing supplier and other vendor orders.
  • Conduct self-assessments and corresponding action plans to drive personal and team growth.
Requirements
  • Basic computer skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
  • Good analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Guest-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
