Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manager plays a crucial role in delivering and overseeing human resources services, programs, and policies aimed at attracting, retaining, training, and developing skilled employees essential for the effective functioning of the division and to fulfill the organization’s future requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Human Resources-focused Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft.
  • Demonstrated understanding of distribution systems, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to all company and governmental regulations regarding human resource management.
  • Collaborate with division leadership to assess workforce needs, training requirements, leadership talent identification, and succession planning.
  • Implement and manage employee benefits programs while enhancing employee awareness of these offerings.
  • Assist in the budgeting process for training, safety, benefits, and various initiatives.
  • Oversee compensation policies and manage daily salary administration and planning.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as special projects arise.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in human resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
