Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is in search of a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our recruitment initiatives and draw in exceptional talent. This position requires collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners to devise effective sourcing methodologies and oversee the entire recruitment process. The successful candidate will possess significant expertise in comprehensive recruiting, onboarding, and adherence to employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job advertisements, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding procedures.
  • Formulate and implement recruiting strategies to fulfill staffing requirements.
  • Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for administrative positions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure recruitment aligns with organizational goals.
  • Employ diverse sourcing techniques, including digital platforms and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to enhance processes.
  • Facilitate offer negotiations while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
  • Uphold affirmative action initiatives and EEO compliance.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of internal recruiting experience, particularly for corporate and administrative roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with employment regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience with an ATS (e.g., ICIMS) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
