Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Policy Consultant to support our mission clients in the Intelligence Community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Alignment: Stay up-to-date with IC and DoD data and related strategies, business goals, objectives, and performance targets, and provide recommendations to ensure the Sponsor's strategy remains aligned.
  • Strategy Development: Craft strategies and develop implementation plans and key performance indicators to drive business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Program Management: Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to high-level government officials.
  • Technical Communication: Communicate technical topics to non-technical senior audiences.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and analyze portfolio data, presenting findings and recommendations to aid Sponsor decision-making, including proposed strategies and/or roadmaps, identified risks, gaps, and dependencies, alignment with the strategic framework and priorities, and funding and related program issues.
  • Performance Management: Ensure the strategy is effectively and efficiently pursued, using best practices and benchmarking in business and mission analytics.
  • Policy Review: Review and evaluate existing IC policy, identifying gaps.
Requirements
  • Writing Skills: Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate detail-oriented work, consistently delivering high-quality products in a timely fashion.
  • Policy Experience: Experience writing policy.
  • Collaboration: Skill in developing collaborative information and knowledge sharing networks and building alliances with colleagues and counterparts within area of expertise.
  • Communication: Work with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment, managing competing priorities.
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors with 4 or more years of relevant experience.
