The Senior Solution Marketing Manager is a key member of the Aledade marketing team, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and awareness. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to effectively communicate the value of Aledade's solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Refine Aledade's POV: Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, customers, and the research team to develop and constantly refine Aledade's point of view for Primary Care Physicians, CHCs, IPAs, and payers.
- Define Messaging Frameworks and Buyer Personas: Develop messaging frameworks and buyer personas, and articulate the outstanding challenges, interests, and needs of Aledade's target audiences to the internal marketing and network development teams.
- Drive Cross-Functional Programs: Drive cross-functional, integrated programs with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, and Events teams to build awareness and increase consideration among target audiences.
- Develop Sales Assets: Develop sales assets in partnership with subject matter experts and act as a thought leader and specialist in the space for targeted personas.
- Partner with Enablement Team: Partner with the enablement team to train sales and establish a consistent feedback loop.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required.
- 10+ Years of Experience: 10+ years of relevant working experience are required.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Issues: Knowledge of current healthcare issues and some familiarity with local, regional, state, and national market trends are preferred.
- Market Research and Analysis: A strong understanding of market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis, as well as the development of personas, value propositions, and value maps, are preferred.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication, organizational, and analytical skills are preferred.
- Team-Oriented Environment: Proven success in working cooperatively and strategically in a team-oriented matrixed environment with the ability to influence and interact with all levels of leadership is preferred.
- Data Management and Evaluation: A structured approach to data management and execution of data-driven evaluation and decision making around brand elements, campaign design, and execution is preferred.
- Value-Based Care Familiarity: Familiarity with value-based care (e.g., ACOs, PCMH, bundled payments) is preferred.
