Sales Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion for 3A Composites Display and Graphic Arts Americas. This role is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and drive business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expansion in assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and sales reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and tactics
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of 3A Composites Display and Graphic Arts Americas products, services, and value proposition to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales growth
  • Perform other duties as required to drive business growth and revenue expansion

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expansion
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, with a strong understanding of sales strategy, tactics, and metrics
  • Proficient in CRM software, with experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
