RASIRC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities- Safety and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, OSHA regulations, and state and local governmental regulations.
- Manage chemical management programs in accordance with GHS and governmental reporting requirements.
- Set the example by always adhering to established safety processes and PPE requirements.
- Maintenance and Repairs
- Utilize established maintenance software to identify and schedule facility and equipment maintenance activities.
- Perform routine maintenance on facility-related equipment, including HVAC systems, Ultra-Pure Water systems, plumbing, process piping, and gas distribution, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair facility and production-related equipment as necessary.
- Facility and Equipment Monitoring
- Conduct daily walk-thrus to review equipment functionality.
- Monitor cleanroom operations for operational readiness.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and update logs and inspection records as required.
- Supervision of Janitorial and Other External Support Functions
- Maintain building security and access needs and reporting.
- High School Diploma – trade school and/or higher education desired.
- 5 or more years of experience as a facilities technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
- Experience with cleanroom operations and infrastructure.
- Competent understanding of Ultra-Pure Water and gas delivery systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of $67,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
