Facilities Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Program Manager to join our team at Amentum. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including the management of maintenance activities, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal facility performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational issues
  • Manage contractor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Develop and maintain a succession plan to ensure continuity of operations
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure a high-performance work environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Facility Management, Maintenance Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8 years of experience in industrial facilities or production maintenance related work
  • Ability to pass a medical evaluation for respirator use and obtain a security access badge
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Technical degree in a related field
  • Experience working in a GMP or similar regulated environment
  • Ability to read and understand repair manuals, specifications, drawings, and schematic diagrams
