**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assign and monitor work completion, providing technical assistance as needed
  • Develop and review project schedules and budgets, allocating personnel and resources efficiently
  • Oversee and monitor schedule performance, investigating late activities and developing practical solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate project budget performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Manage productivity across all shifts, ensuring quality and quantity of work accomplished
  • Perform personnel-related functions, including supervision, performance management, and training

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 10 years demonstrated technical experience in the relevant trade
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, supervise, and direct the work of other employees
  • Ability to use discretion and judgment in making operations and personnel decisions
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs and similar software
