Job Summary

The Guest Service Agent is a key member of the Hyatt House Charlotte/Center City team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling room assignments and key cards.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
