Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and provide directions
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes for guests
  • Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, registration, and local information
  • Keep accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
  • Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests
  • Make, confirm, and cancel reservations

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Representative or in a customer service industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
