Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and provide directions
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes for guests
- Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, registration, and local information
- Keep accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests
- Make, confirm, and cancel reservations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Representative or in a customer service industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
