Account Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS THAT MATTER with new and existing customers.
- DEVELOP AND EXECUTE EFFECTIVE SALES PLANS that drive revenue and results.
- SHOWCASE INNOVATION through product demos and presentations.
- CLOSE DEALS by negotiating and sealing agreements that hit targets.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in outside sales, particularly in hospitality, healthcare, or business-to-business service sales.
- Strong prospecting and closing skills.
- An excellent driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of $55,000-$70,000 per year.
- The potential for commissions and bonuses based on performance.
