About the Position

As a key member of the CM3 Building Solutions team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client-centered relationships, assessing systems, estimating project costs, and coordinating pre-construction activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring exceptional customer service and experience.
  • SYSTEM ASSESSMENT AND ESTIMATING: Conduct thorough system assessments and provide detailed estimates for projects, considering factors like automation and security.
  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SKILLS: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
  • PROFESSIONALISM AND PASSION: A passion for automation and/or security, as well as a professional demeanor, are required to succeed in this position.
Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the responsibilities, skills, and qualifications required for this role.
