We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team at CM3 Building Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the education and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities through community outreach and networking
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to prospect and build new business
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals with C-level executives
  • Leverage data analysis and market research to inform sales strategies
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years direct sales experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of closing large dollar volume sales at C-Suite level
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

Estimated Salary:$110,000 per year, depending on experience
