Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Producer to join our team at World Insurance Associates LLC. As a key member of our commercial lines team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing efforts.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services. You will be empowered to bring risk management solutions to businesses and individuals, leveraging our unique niche and extensive resources.

Your primary focus will be on selling commercial lines risk solutions, but you will also be encouraged to help clients with personal lines insurance, employee benefits, 401(k), and related retirement solutions, as well as payroll and human resources outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing efforts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on commercial accounts.
  • Engage in all sales and marketing tactics to move prospects through the sales funnel to closing.
  • Track all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage the platform to its fullest potential.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. This includes a base salary plus commissions, as well as a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested.
