Position Overview:

The Senior Manager of Aftermarket Performance Programs is a pivotal role focused on delivering outstanding service to our esteemed clients. This position involves working closely with customers to identify and prioritize their concerns while serving as a crucial link between various business units and the customer to ensure comprehensive awareness of their requests, challenges, and opportunities.

In this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong capability to comprehend, prioritize, and effectively convey customer needs while navigating the complexities of the business environment. Insight into customer operations and the aerospace aftermarket sector will be beneficial in managing program intricacies, developing strategies for issue resolution, and maintaining disciplined timelines for milestones along with proactive communication. Building and nurturing relationships, as well as effectively leading and communicating, are essential for success in this position. A degree of technical knowledge and insight is necessary to manage both customer and internal awareness regarding any operational or performance issues affecting our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve the overall service level objectives set by Collins Maintain the health of relationships and customer loyalty for assigned accounts Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary escalation point Enhance customer scorecards and key performance indicators Track and drive the resolution of action items Oversee performance metrics Coordinate delivery improvement strategies with relevant sites and business units Foster and strengthen customer relationships, promoting collaboration and partnership opportunities Gather and relay Voice of the Customer feedback to leadership, highlighting key concerns and areas for improvement Organize business and technical reviews, as well as executive visits Report on MRO and Spares delivery performance both internally and externally Analyze performance and component trends to identify planning and collaboration opportunities Travel domestically up to 25% to various customer and company locations

Learning Opportunities:

Monitor and manage aftermarket performance for our Lockheed customer Collaborate across various business units supporting all assigned customers Seek proactive methods to enhance on-time delivery performance, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty, reduced operational disruptions, early issue detection and resolution, scalable solutions, and more

Required Qualifications:

A University Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract Over 5 years of experience in program or project management

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with availability for onsite presence at Lockheed Martin offices are preferred Experience with military contracts Background in airline operations and/or military aerospace aftermarket and customer support Proficiency in SAP, Tableau, Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
