Position Overview:

The Senior Manager of Aftermarket Performance Programs is a pivotal role focused on delivering outstanding service to our esteemed clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure alignment with Collins' central service level objectives.
  • Maintain and enhance the overall health of customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional service and act as the primary escalation point for customer issues.
  • Drive enhancements to customer scorecards and key performance indicators.
  • Oversee the tracking and resolution of action items.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics.
  • Coordinate delivery improvement strategies with relevant sites and business units.
  • Foster and strengthen customer relationships, promoting collaboration and partnership opportunities.
  • Gather and communicate Voice of the Customer feedback to leadership, highlighting critical areas for improvement.
  • Organize business and technical reviews, as well as executive visits.
  • Report on MRO and Spares delivery performance both internally and externally.
  • Analyze performance and component trends to uncover planning and collaboration opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% to engage with customers and Collins sites.

Learning Opportunities:

  • Gain insights into managing aftermarket performance for key clients.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration across all business units supporting assigned customers.
  • Explore proactive strategies to enhance on-time delivery performance, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Qualifications:

  • A University Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory for access to program-related information.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidates located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with the ability to be onsite at client offices are preferred.
  • Experience with military contracts.
  • Background in airline operations or military aerospace aftermarket and customer support.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Tableau, Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
