Job Title: Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team at Hoffman & Hoffman. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing collective accounts, providing a high level of customer service, and staying up-to-date on current competitive market pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage collective accounts and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on current competitive market pricing and report/share with Outside Sales and Management
  • Develop technical depth and understanding of company products and application knowledge
  • Process and enter sales orders and quotations into CRM (Netsuite)
  • Utilize industry databases to research and find upcoming jobs to bid
  • Maintain project schedules in quote/project management system ensuring timely project management
  • Develop "Installation Operations and Maintenance Manuals" to provide customers with written documentation on how to operate and maintain equipment purchased
  • Work closely with manufacturers to resolve issues
  • Coordinate scheduling of equipment start-up and resolution of warranty-related issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
  • 2 or more years experience in the HVAC industry preferred but not required
  • Minimum 2 year's experience in similar role (Inside Sales/Account Executive/Product Management)
  • Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Experience with Marketing / Project Management

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment with moderate lifting and occasional travel required.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequently walking, sitting, handling/fingering, bending, pushing/pulling 12 lbs or less, lifting/carrying 10 lbs or less
  • Occasionally lifting/carrying 11-20 lbs, reaching outward, reaching above shoulder, squatting/kneeling, standing
