Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth at key accounts for MISUMI USA's Factory Automation division. This role requires strong consultative selling skills at all levels of the customer's organization, from engineering, purchasing, and management.

This position will be integral in discovering and providing customer insights for business development of new services and products required to expand market share.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industrial automation market and be able to effectively communicate the value of MISUMI's products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with sales team to achieve revenue goals
  • Evaluate and implement effective sales techniques to achieve revenue targets
  • Provide exceptional customer support through design/purchase cycles
  • Present products and services to technical and non-technical groups

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related area
  • Minimum 3 years of industrial automation sales experience
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and conflict management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office
  • Ability to use CRM software tool in sales cycle and opportunity funnel

Compensation:

Base range of 90-105k base plus bonus and car allowance
