Sales Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team at SRS Distribution. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Coordinate with the inside sales support team to plan and execute sales promotions and events
  • Develop and execute a detailed annual sales plan to drive growth and revenue in your territory

Requirements:

  • Prior success selling roofing and/or building products in a B2B environment
  • Passion for being a business partner to customers and providing them with the tools and products needed to increase their sales and earnings
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation for local travel in your territory
  • Occasional travel to the corporate office in McKinney, TX
