Job Overview
As a State Farm team member for Agent Ryan Villiger, you will play a key role in building and developing client relationships to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance. Key Responsibilities
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Identify client needs and develop leads through current clients, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and achieve their goals.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and dedication to customer service.
