Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team at Cooper University Health Care. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient scheduling and registration services
  • Ensure positive telephone etiquette and customer satisfaction
  • Collect point of service copays and provide general information to patients and their families
  • Act as a non-clinical navigator during discharge coordination
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Computer literate with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Some knowledge of medical insurances and IDX helpful
  • Experience in a medical environment strongly preferred
