Position Summary:

The Assistant Project Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of a variety of construction projects, including Commercial, K-12, Interiors, Healthcare, and more. This role requires a strong ability to manage new construction projects from the ground up, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgetary limits, while effectively collaborating with vendors, subcontractors, and on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee project completion on schedule and within budget, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Assess project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine necessary resources, staffing needs, and procedural guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Perform material take-offs, estimate costs, and develop procurement timelines.
  • Work closely with the project team to outline work plans, assign tasks, and provide technical support.
  • Effectively manage multiple responsibilities to achieve project goals while upholding company values and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Business is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in various construction fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large and/or complex projects.
  • Familiarity with relevant construction technologies; experience with Procore is a plus.
