Job Summary">

Owens Management Systems LLC is a reputable provider of pre-land development services seeking a highly skilled Platting Coordinator to lead the platting/zoning processes for multiple projects in the Southeast Texas area.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of zoning laws, planning regulations, and other legal requirements related to land use for platting regulations, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Research and analyze zoning laws, planning regulations, and other legal requirements related to land use for platting regulations.">
  • Coordinate multiple projects throughout the platting process, ensuring timely completion and meeting project deadlines.">
  • Develop land plans that meet municipality requirements, working closely with clients, engineers, and architects.">
  • Draft and revise plats based on municipality requirements and client's land plans.">
  • Manage and schedule platting requirements for specialized team members to ensure efficient execution.">

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.">
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the Subdivision Platting industry.">
  • Knowledge of City of Houston Chapter 42 subdivision ordinances.">
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.">
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.">
