Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing land-related projects, overseeing right of way operations, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $ $60,000 to over $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Project Land Managers: Coordinate land acquisition and management activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Right of Way Supervisors: Oversee right of way agents, ensure timely completion of tasks, and manage project budgets.
  • Right of Way Agents (all levels): Conduct fieldwork, gather data, and perform other duties as required.
  • Title Supervisors: Manage title searches, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Title Specialists/Abstractors: Prepare and review title documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Data/Document Specialists: Organize and maintain documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of land management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
