Land Development Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience dealing directly in the Subdivision Platting industry, with knowledge of City of Houston Chapter 42 subdivision ordinances and proficiency in AutoCAD. Additionally, they should possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and be a self-starter who can listen and execute directions. A bachelor's degree in urban planning or a related field is preferred but not required.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including performance review incentives, professional development opportunities, paid time off, and health insurance contribution after 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with clients regarding project status and updates.
- Schedule and assign platting requirements to specialized team members to ensure execution for submittal & recordation.
